We want you to love your purchase from PRT Wears. If you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

• You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

• Custom or personalized items are non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. How to Request a Return

To start a return, please email us at contact@prtwears.com with your:

• Order number

• Reason for return

• Photos (if applicable, for damaged/defective items)

We will respond within 2 business days with further instructions.

3. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made a mistake.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.

4. Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us immediately at contact@prtwears.com with photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
